恭喜成功通過嘅朋友！名單列出嘅係申請收據號碼，唔係身份證號碼。你亦可以喺首頁「本期成功申請名單」點開圖片，再撳「放大睇細字」搵返自己個號碼。
領事館已喺日港工作假期計劃頁面刊登第4期結果公告。請以官方PDF核對結果同領證安排；唔好沿用第3期嘅領證日期。
通過之後要準備啲咩？
根據官方公告第二頁，請喺 2026年11月2日（一）至11月13日（五），本人帶齊以下文件去日本簽證申請中心：
- 護照正本
- 申請收據正本
- 海外旅行保險證明正本及影印本1份，或者喺日本加入國民健康保險嘅指定誓約書
公告寫明辦理後 2個工作日發出有效期3個月嘅簽證，唔係即日取證，請預留時間。未能喺指定期間完成領證手續，會視同放棄，通過結果亦會失效。
簽證須喺有效期內用嚟入境日本；獲發入境許可當日起，先開始計最長1年嘅逗留期。國民健康保險同私人海外旅行保險保障唔同，亦可能因住宿設施而未能加入，唔好當兩者完全一樣。詳情可以睇領取簽證流程與保險須知。

The results for the fourth Japan Working Holiday visa application period of 2026 were announced on 30 October 2026, with 192 successful applicants. Check your application receipt number against the results.
Successful applicants must visit the Japan Visa Application Centre in person between Monday, 2 November and Friday, 13 November 2026, with their original passport, original application receipt, and either travel insurance evidence (original and one photocopy) or the specified pledge to enrol in Japan's National Health Insurance. A visa valid for three months is issued after two working days. Failure to complete collection within the specified period invalidates the offer.
